I bought a 2019 Elantra from shadow auto in July and was happy with the process. On the day that I picked up the vehicle nothing was ready like agreed upon and the salesman and gm kept making promises and only fulfilled 1 thing that was agreed upon. After about a month of going back and fourth I got in touch with the owner who right from the start was very kind and understanding and took care of me right away. The salesman and gm no longer work there. I am happy with the vehicle now and am pleased it’s finally taken care of. The owner is passionate about his business and wants the best for each of his customers.
